we are so grateful for the karate institute! my son started at 4 yr old! he is 9 now and almost a jr black belt! my husband was a student here back in 1987! sensei dennis and sensei mercedes are truly amazing! we are one big happy family here!

Great place to truly learn practical self defense. They do more than just go through the motions; they push to be strong, confident and effective. Positive and encouraging environment.

My wife and I joined to get back in shape..... we are getting a whole lot more. The instructors are helping us focus on our minds, our physical conditioning, and the entire group …. and hey, we are learning some self defense along the way :).
