Tms woman in Beachwood was lovely and professional. Can't say that about anything else. I wanted to see a therapist and was told I had to do a online appt for testing first. So I did. The guys camera was pointed at the ceiling the whole time. All you could see of him was the top of the head and eyes sometimes when he'd readjust. He was unpleasant and maybe even a little judging. Not great for someone searching for counseling. He said I'd get a call about therapist placement. Three months later absolutely nothing. I had to call for three days to finally get someone. Psych has been great. Can't reach anyone for shit and when you do (as others have mentioned) front desk is rude as hell and unprofessional. No way to pay online for online appointments so you're left calling in to give your debit details to the same front desk folk. Super uncomfy.
