“Perfection! Since moving to the Mentor area I have failed to find a salon I wanted to return to. They’ve been just ok, awful, or a complete disaster. That’s officially changed! This is my new nail salon! Both my kid and I got a mani and I got a pedicure. We’re both so happy with how it looks! “About two months ago, my daughter cut her own hair & (not sure who) fixed it to the best of their ability for free!

Since they were so kind to my very distraught fiancée and daughter, I figured I’d go in for a haircut myself. They first made a fresh cup of coffee for me while I waited for my chair to open. Then Sarah cut my hair absolutely perfectly and made it look better than it ever has. I have an awkwardly placed cowlick on the back of my head and very thin/fine hair, and she worked with it to make it look absolutely perfect. I could not have asked for a more fun & kind stylist.

I’ve gone to family, friends, and various quick cut shops in the past and have always come out with an okay haircut (sometimes much worse than okay). This was easily the best experience I’ve had when getting a haircut.

She did an awesome job with my hair! She knew immediately what type of hair I had within 5 minutes of meeting me, and I hadn't even sat in the chair. She began to work her magic: color, full highlights, and a great style. The color and highlights are very complimentary to my skin tone, and the cut is so much more than I expected.
