I was very happy with Elena from # 19. She is the best hair stylist I have met in USA. She is the amazing if you want to have a haircut or need a good advice how to take care of your hair. Not only she blindly follows what I want, but also suggests what fits or not to my type of hair. I would happily recommend her to anyone who needs a good hairdresser.Services: Haircut

Highly recommend to everybody to visit boutique number 19 master Helen doing great job. All family is using her service. We have amazed how professional and nice she is. Beautiful women’s, and men’s master.
