It took me forever to find a decent salon with an exceptional stylist. All the staff are friendly and the atmosphere has a very relaxing spa like feel. I highly recommend if you are looking for a quality salon.

Found a crown jewel place in downtown Willoughby. I have been to other places and didn't see this salon until recently.The salon team is very professional, ambiance is perfect and clean and service is great and have been going there since then!Services: Shampoo & conditioning

?Michael Stefan Salon is an eclectic environment that nurtures the customer with fresh brewed tea, beautiful artwork, engaging conversstions and outstanding expertise in hair care!I had returned from living out of state for many years and truly needed an expert "Michael haircut" to right all the wrongs in my current hairstyle.Indeed, it was a homecoming on many levels...blessed be!?
