Talitha and Maddie are a wonderful team. They are professional, friendly, and always ensure my house is spotless before they leave. With a German Shepherd, they have quite a challenge with the dog hair!
We were very pleased with the team that came here for our initial cleaning. They were punctual and polite, and divided up immediately to cover all the rooms. Very noticeable (and wonderful) difference, especially in the rooms (kitchen and bath) getting the initial deep cleaning. Much more detailed care than we give our appliances and shelving. We have lots of nooks and crannies in how we use many spaces, and were pleasantly surprised with the attention and care given most of them. And they worked hard to clean areas not touched in months! Looking forward to our 2nd visit when they alternate which rooms get the more-focused cleaning.
The Cleaning Authority crew were AWESOME today!!! The electricity went out and they improvised ways to clean our house, even when I told them they didn't have to. What a great crew.
