Moved to Medina in October and needed to find a garage for routine maintenance. Had Spring Grove Automotive change the rear breaks and flush the radiator. We scheduled the work and I dropped the car off Thursday morning at 8 and it was ready by noon. The price was fair and info provided was appreciated. I found my new automotive shop!

Five star experience! Breaks and wiring repair at half the cost of the dealer, plus they swapped my rear wiper blade at no cost to me! Exceptional service; could not be happier! I will definitely be back!

In an absolute panic this morning, I called Steve about my wipers, not working on my Santa Fe. His initial response was swing by and let me take a look at it. Sadly, I was already halfway to work and had to go after work. I had to drive with murky windshield all the way to Brooklyn. Lol! While I ended up being an hour late for the appointment I made for this afternoon, he still accommodated. He came out in the bitter cold and fixed them and then told me there was no cost. He said to just come back to him when I need work done. He can count on that! Best customer service I have experienced in a very long time. I highly recommend him and his business!
