Absolutely amazing! My first time there and the hygienist and Dr Rogus were extremely welcoming and made me feel very comfortable. Also explained everything they were doing step by step. 100% recommend this dentist office

I had a cleaning done here and came home only to find out that I still had tons of tartar on my teeth. I could tell the girl spent barely any time cleaning it and felt like something was not right. This dentist checked afterwards and she approved of it.Also, the dentist did not treat me well, and these people are supposed to be professional, how disgusting. they also did the same thing to me with the pre approval. They said they were getting one and then when they charged me it was a guess because they didn’t have a preapproval yet which I found out later was an overcharge.

I contacted them because my dentist got into some trouble and had to close his business. I also chose them because they are only two miles from my house. From the administrative to the doctor, everyone was very nice. My first visit was on 7/7/25. My front tooth (crown) broke and i wanted to get it replaced. They outsourced me to get a root canal and said call us for an appointment once complete. I got the root canal done at Medina Endodontics on 7/21 & called them for an appointment on the same day. They said they did not yet have a preapproval from my insurance yet and could not schedule me. I called several times over the next 2 months and as of 8/29/25, no one has bothered to contact me & my insurance has no record of any preapproval request. Very disappointing and after waiting 2 months for an appointment I've moved on to another dentist.

I went for the first time last week, per a recommendation. Dr. Cartwright and the entire staff were all so pleasant from start to finish. Dr. Cartwright is extremely knowledgeable and spent the time to explain things. No dentist has ever spent so much time with me.

This place is awesome and these ladies are great!! I always felt comfortable with Dr. Esterburg and I I feel just as comfortable with with Dr. Cartwright and Dr. Rogus. Both dentists are very kind, gentle and proactive. I always feel like I'm in good hands and that both dentists make good recommendations for my dental health. The dental hygienists are always excellent and so are the dental assistants. Our family has been with this practice for more than 30 years. Even though it can be difficult to go to the dentists, this practice makes it a lot less stressful. i have also heard them work with young children, and they are kind and gentle with them. Also, I know that Dr. Cartwright has young children of her own.

I drive 35 miles to Dr Rogus and pay out of network rates because she and her staff are that good.

I had a very unfortunate experience with Dr. Cartwright that caused me to leave the practice. At my regular checkups, she repeatedly told me that I needed three crowns due to fractures in my teeth enamel surrounding some aging fillings. Yes, THREE!
I moved forward with having Dr. Cartwright replace one tooth with a crown and it took two separate attempts that spanned over 6 weeks to replace because the porcelain crowns didn't fit from the lab. However, the second crown, which didn't fit, was jimmy-rigged by Dr. Cartwright by her shaving off part of a perfectly good molar to custom-fit the crown and make my bite more comfortable. Also, during that 6-week+ ordeal, the temporary crown popped off repeatedly causing me to come back and forth to their office to have it reinstalled (or remade) so I could tolerate eating and drinking in the interim.
Following this long, drawn out experience, I decided to get a second opinion about the other crowns she claimed I needed. It turns out that I DIDN'T need two additional crowns, after all. Only filling replacements. Had I listened to Dr. Cartwright, I would have lost two perfectly good teeth AND paid a pretty penny in the process. Needless to say, I'm no longer a patient.
This is all very unfortunately because my children and I thoroughly enjoyed dental hygienists Ursula and Marianne, who provided us with exceptional, friendly care for than 10 years when Dr. Esterberg owned the practice.
