I had my furnace stop working well and called service experts of Medina. Stephen came out and was my technician. He did a great job of taking apart the furnace and explained to me why he believes it needed to be replaced. Hey, then give me all my financing options and let me consider my decision on my own time.
Gary is a very professional, knowledgeable service man. He was there when he said he would be, got right to work and performed the maintenance. Would recomend and will gladly deal with him/the company in the future.Service: Heating system maintenance
