I never thought I would have full range of motion in my injured shoulder. I never thought I would dead lift 185 pounds let alone the 265 I can wrap now. Raj and Wazim have been tough but supportive, they push, but do it in a way that makes you feel safe and confident. I cannot recommend these trainers enough.

We love this recreation center for many reasons, including the various activities for kids, the fun events, the cleanliness, and the friendly, welcoming staff, from the front desk (Miss Victoria is our favorite front desk, she is always great with kids ?) to the lifeguards. We have renewed our membership yearly and are so glad to have this recreation center nearby. We always enjoyed our visits! ?

Personal Trainer Mike is very personable and knowledgeable. He took time to explain how and why to do each exercise. I would definitely recommend him if you are looking for a trainer.
