I never thought I would have full range of motion in my injured shoulder. I never thought I would dead lift 185 pounds let alone the 265 I can wrap now. Raj and Wazim have been tough but supportive, they push, but do it in a way that makes you feel safe and confident. I cannot recommend these trainers enough.

We love this recreation center for many reasons, including the various activities for kids, the fun events, the cleanliness, and the friendly, welcoming staff, from the front desk (Miss Victoria is our favorite front desk, she is always great with kids 🥰) to the lifeguards. We have renewed our membership yearly and are so glad to have this recreation center nearby. We always enjoyed our visits! 💙

Personal Trainer Mike is very personable and knowledgeable. He took time to explain how and why to do each exercise. I would definitely recommend him if you are looking for a trainer.

The day I went we called to see if ALL aspects of pool was open, we were told yes. Slide was not open and couldn’t play basketball because there was therapy going on. We were told therapies were done for the day BEFORE we got there.
We were told they didn’t know to tell us the slide was closed as it is every weekday.
They offered to “talk” to the patient and therapist in the pool as it was not on their schedule.
At the end, they told us sorry, there’s nothing they were going to do.
We were there less half an hour.
So, I wouldn’t recommend:/

I have been a member at the rec since 2003 when my parents and I moved to Medina (i was not even a year old yet!) and have always been satisfied with the place. I come there a few times a week now as a college student and have utilized the rec during gym class when I was in high school. The only reason why I am not giving this five stars is because there were some occasions where I had to turn up my music louder or finish my workout early because toddlers were having tantrums for the wrong reasons while their parents were too lazy to deal with them. If there could be something put into place by the staff to help prevent tantrums from children ages 2-7 (without severe disabilities), that would be amazing! You guys rock. Thank you!
