I highly recommend this office. We recently moved to Medina and found Dr. Kim's practice online. The reviews were very good. I went for cleaning and exam and x-rays and the price was reasonable (had no dental insurance). The office atmosphere was very relaxing, which I appreciate, along with being so clean and nice. The receptionist/office admin was so welcoming and extremely helpful on the phone when we first called. The hygienist Devon (if I am recalling her name correctly) was great--she had already read my new patient form and was well aware of my history and medical conditions. I cannot say enough about Dr Kim's office. They really respect your appointment time I have never waited more than 2 minutes for my schedule to appointment. The staff is amazing they are warm and welcoming. If you are someone who has not frequent the dentist and needs to go but won't because of anxiety issues this is the place for you. I highly recommend this office.
