HomeSpec Property Inspection ltd provides professional and thorough home inspections. The process is done very professionally with a well-done report. Inspectors are responsive, answer all questions, and understand concerns. They point out potential issues and give correction recommendations. The service is timely and includes useful bonuses like drone footage of the roof. The team does an excellent and phenomenal job, surpassing expectations. They come highly recommended.

Jay and Kaitlyn did an amazing job building new steps and releveling the foundation under them, from our garage to the backyard. The old steps were wobbly and unsafe, and the new ones are very strong, steady, and anchored in! Thank you to HomeSpec for a job well done! We will definitely hire this company again for more upgrades and repairs to our home.
We were extremely happy with Jay’s excellent work! Along with his assistant, Caitlin, they worked above and beyond on such projects repairing both exterior doors and replacing closet doors to our great satisfaction . Jay gave us options for the repairs and explained in detail what needed to be done and answered any questions we had. Jay and his partner were very courteous, personable and professional.
