We have just had our master bath completely renovated by Hansen, from start to finish there team was first class ! Erin and Aaron walked us thru the selection process, as well as the scheduling of the project. We were fortunate enough that Aaron assigned Sean Kessler, who from start to finish was absolutely incredible,Sean went above and beyond to make sure our home was protected in the gutting phase of the work as well as the entire project.

I'm a kitchen & bath designer from another state, looking for someone to install a new kitchen and 3 new bathrooms in my recently purchased Ohio home. Based on photos and reviews, I contacted Hansen Restoration and left a voice mail, not sure I'd ever hear back from anyone, as happens with so many contractors. About a week or so later, I got a call from lovely Erin. What an absolute delight she is to talk to!!! Unfortunately, within the first few sentences, Erin said that I was just outside of her company's service area. Now you'd think that would be the end of our phone call, but no!
