I went in today for something simple. Just looking for two bouquets for my mother-in-law and her co-worker to celebrate back to school. I cannot remember the lady’s name that helped me but she was so so sweet. I told her my budget, a little details on what I needed them for and she exceeded any expectation I could have had. She came up with the idea to make the flower arrangements match the school colors since that’s where they work. Every staff member in the store was kind and great company. What a nice flower shop. I needed a ribbon and flower for my wedding cake knife and Denise and Kelly were wonderful. They spent a lot of time giving me choices and making the best bow with a rose on it! It was absolutely beautiful. Thanks so much!!

I have used this Florist a couple of times. I am out of state(PA) and wanted to send flowers locally in Medina. The CUSTOMER SERVICE is EXCELLENT! I know this was only a phone call, but this place is so very accommodating and professional! If you need flowers delivered, THIS IS THE PLACE!!
