My mother gets good care here. I requested that she be up and dressed everyday by 10. She FINALLY is. I have to keep after the staff to put in her hearing aides in daily. I do her laundry, as pieces were taken and not returned. I understand they changed the process and it’s better. The aides are kind and friendly. My mother loves them. The admins are ready to listen and help with any problem. The social workers are the best, A+++ for them. We love the activity director, she is perfect for her job, friendly, outgoing, and great activities for the residents. No place is perfect. I’ve experienced several, this one is the best.
I’ve seen a great improvement in my mom, physically and emotionally, since she has been residing at Kirtland. She loves having her own space and feels at home. The staff is so kind and helpful. I am so happy wife chose Kirtland.
Kirtland Rehabilitation and care is an answer to my prayers. They are energetic happy giving caregivers. They are in constant contact with me on their concerns for my sister and looking for permission to handle problems she might be having. I am soooo thankful for the way they present themselves.Thank you everyone
