“STI Flooring recently completed install of new flooring and refinishing of existing flooring of my home. Enthusiastically recommended. The scope included refinishing of three rooms of 60+ year-old white oak and install of white oak planks throughout remainder of first and second floors. Could not be any more pleased. Effective communicator. Great attention to detail. Really take great pride in their finished product. Offered great suggestions when tricky parts of the job surfaced due to unique conditions in an older home. Would actively seek to hire them again, if ever needed further flooring-related work.“

“I would highly recommend DeLauro Remodeling. I had significant water damage to my home from a burst pipe in the hot water heating system in an upstairs bedroom. The damage ruined most of the first floor living areas including the kitchen. DeLauro Remodeling was the primary Rebuild contractor and did an excellent job of completing major repairs to restore my home to liveable, better than new condition. Dan and his team professionally handled repairs including drywall ceiling replacement and finishing/painting, electrical, plumbing, kitchen cabinet installation, wood trim and crown moulding installation/painting, subfloor replacement and vinyl plank flooring installation, and a variety of other finishing work. They were very nice to work with and showed considerable flexibity and patience in working with my Homeowner Insurance Company. “I have quartz counter tops that were installed incorrectly by another company through Home Depot about 13 years ago. The range cut out was not square and my new range would not fit as the opening was too narrow (a smidge more than 29 ¾ inches), however, the back was 30 inches. Also a large seam popped and needed repair. I contacted Bradley Stone to do the repair and all of my interactions with the team were prompt and courteous. The team members that came out to do the job were very professional and instilled confidence that the job was going to be done right. And they did a phenomenal job. They squared up the range cut out and they provided a true fit for the new range (fits like a glove)! The seam that they repaired (what seam… couldn’t see the seam anymore – see picture) seemed to disappear. I heard the team discuss what hues to put into the seam to match the color of the counter tops (great teamwork!) while they were working and 1) it was super smooth and 2) you cannot see it. I wish I would have used them on my original install. They will be my go to company going forward.“

“I have Eitman Services on speed dial. Over the last few months Scott has done various small jobs putting together bed frames, patching a large hole in wall from leaking plumbing, removing, and replacing baseboards, and installing screen door in garage and the list goes on.

In the next few months, I have scheduled appointments with Eitman Services for updates to bathrooms and kitchen.
