“Absolutely love the “pick out your glasses girls” Mindy, Stacey and Sherri. They are so patient and kind. I also had a great experience in person with Crystal at the front desk. She helped me get an appointment situation figured out at the busy end of the year when we had to change an appointment due to a medical emergency. . She was very kind and sympathetic. I did not care for my interaction with a call center prior to that, who obviously had not addressed my issue. With so many great people at this office, I’d like to see the impersonal call center job be given to a new hire physically at the office. Other than that, great professional experience.“

“My optician, Jenn, North Canton Target, was friendly and knowledgeable about insurance, lenses, and rebates. I ordered contacts and glasses on Wed. Jan. 7, 2026. Contacts delivered at home Mon. Jan. 12, 2026. Glasses came to store Wed. Jan. 14, 2026 and Jenn got me in same day to fit them. Very happy with fast, efficient service. Kudos to Jenn for her help.“

“I am very satisfied with The Eye Clinic. I was really struggling to see because I had squinty eyes and I struggled to keep my eyelids open enough. Dr. Ronning determined that he could do surgery to raise my eyelids. The results after surgery were amazing! I could see so much better. The only complaint I would have is that their glasses are way overpriced at their optometry center. I've gotten better quality glasses elsewhere for a fraction of the price that I paid the first time I used their optometry dept.“

“I went in today to get my glasses fixed there was only one other customer in front of me, didn't take them long to get to me. I had two pairs of glasses that needed fixed, He took about 15 minutes tbh. One fix was risky to fix but I didn’t doubt the optometrist.. he didn’t charge me at all, great free service!“

They even built morale in my daughter who had been so afraid to put in her contacts and take them out. Many places wouldn't take the time to help so much.“
