“The whole staff is friendly and efficient. They did AMAZING with my son (who is on the spectrum and nonverbal). I made an appointment for myself while I was there. They also have a great selection of frames.”

“My appointment was with Wendy for my eye measurements before Cataract surgery. The staff and Wendy were kind and caring, as was Jill at North Canton. The idea of Cataract surgery certainly doesn't thrill me, however, everyone I have worked with at NEOES is a professional, building trust.Thank you all! My surgery was at IRIS Surgery Center on McKinley Ave in Canton. Being prepped with an IV for anesthesia and monitoring vitals went smoothly. The procedure took me from Laser room to cataract removal and lens installation room, to recovery room. Well, that's how I remember it. What is important is the fact that Dr. Smit and staff were all highly professional and well trained. Surgery was on Monday 9/28/26. Today is Wednesday 9/30/26. My vision in my operative right eye is amazing, I can see farther away than I did with my glasses on, and I can read the fine print in me devotional. No more glasses! At yesterday's checkup, Dr. Munson told me I was approved to drive my Charger, great news! I recommend NEOES and IRIS to family and friends. The only adventure I've had that was better, was diving on a Shipwreck off the coast of Honduras! Again, thank you all for a tough job, amazingly well done!”
