The optometrist was nice. Front desk needs to learn some basic customer service skills. Younger blonde was just rude from the beginning in person and over the phone. The brunette was very helpful and polite. My prescription expired and I debated on going back so I called and they were rude then so I found somewhere else to go.

Husband and I visited this office for eye exams and new glasses. We went separately and both had average enough experiences with the staff (if not a bit gruff from the front desk) but both really liked the doc. Okay, cool.Two weeks of my husband having his new pair of glasses, the plastic nose pieces keep falling off. Like he’s wearing them and they come apart. Alright no big deal. He runs in to the office for them to repair the nose pieces. It was a Friday, office was super busy so he just said hey I see it’s super busy I’ll come back to these, no rush.Another two weeks later, we haven’t gotten a phone call from them saying they’re ready or if there were problems....read full review

Dr. McLeod is an amazing optometrist. I have known him for many years and have gone to him for many years. Always can get you in if there is a problem. Very down to earth guy. I would recommend him to everyone !!!!!
