My daughter saw Amanda for the first time today regarding abnormal bloodwork from a hospital stay. She has no bedside manner, was snobby, rude and unprofessional. She had zero compassion for our sensitive circumstances and was very condescending.
The other NP we normally see is Theresa, who is more personable and communicates well, but not with the practice right now and they don't know when she'll return. ??
I left a message with their practice manager, but haven't heard back.
Very disappointing experience.

Just switched to a this office. I had been with my other dr for about 15 years and felt my other doctors wasn't a good fit for me anymore. I now see Theresa Falk at this office and she is wonderful! I highly recommend her. She is through and takes her time and explains things.
Dr. Bach is the best doctor I’ve ever had. The front office staff are the rudest I’ve ever experienced in any healthcare setting. They don’t say hello, they don’t say please, they don’t say thank you. It’s uncomfortable to go for appointments because of the way they talk to you. But Dr. Bach’s exceptional care makes it worth it.
