1. I am in a wheelchair. And while a portion of the place is gravel, a good majority is paved. Accessibility is very much appreciated.
2. The staff were amazing. They helped me pot some of my plants and carried everything out to my vehicle for me.
3. Unique plants. With labels to describe their watering and sunlight needs. There’s a good supply of your everyday plants, plus some truly unique finds!!! (They also have a great selection of pots, decorations, and a coffee truck!)
I recommend this place to every plant lover I know. They have a lot of fun “events” but I typically go during the week to avoid the crowds. It’s DEFINITELY worth the trip

Ron did an excellent job on our pond. Out of the 7 contractors we talked to, he was the best price and most knowledgeable about ponds. Definitely a great choice for us.

Rebecca has been incredibly flexible with scheduling and always makes time to accommodate our Goldendoodle, Hazel, as well as our family's needs. What really stands out is how supportive and genuine Rebecca is-- she treats Hazel like she's one of her own and takes the time to make sure she feels comfortable, loved, and safe.
Hazel always comes home looking adorable, smelling fresh, and oh so happy! Her coat is beautifully trimmed-- every time!

We were helping with a Christian encounter in Sunbury, coming from Northeast Ohio, every Tuesday and Thursday for a month. Our biggest concern was our two dogs, Leo and Honey, who never had to go all day at home; but Premier was an absolute blessing allowing us to drop them off for Doggy Daycare beforehand and picking them up again on the way home. Our rescue, Leo, it's anxious about EVERYTHING, and even he started looking forward to going.
