Changing my 5* rating to 1*... would be less of able. My dog had gone here for years with great results. Recently he had razor burns and the appointment was refunded. I attempted to book his next appointment and I was blocked. I've tried multiple times via phone and email to find out why with no response. Today I posted my experience and sadness on Nextdoor and Facebook. I've heard horrible stories about the way they treat our furbabies. This may have been a blessing in disguise.

Close by. But needs to update what services are available.Difficult enough to have a large dog transporting to the salon. Looking at a 24 hour self wash . But finding out that service is unavailable. Because it hasn’t transpired yet.I feel sorry that hasn’t been reached yet. But don’t have it on the website. Let customers know when it is available.

It's a nice salon for our dog. It's a close location and they seem to treat her well. I just wish they'd trim her ears a little better.

Horrible business practices and staff was abusive to our dog. We’d sent him there for about a year with a few minor issues, nothing that was too alarming though. All of the sudden our dog became afraid and was aggressive towards one particular staff member that started picking him up. He has NEVER been anything other than a sweet and loving dog towards anyone. But every time this driver picked him up he was scared and would growl and try to nip at her. I had asked if there was an incident that happened, but all I could ever do was leave messages and wait for a return call that were NEVER returned. Well the owner finally calls one day after my small Morkie apparently, just out of no where bit that same woman. That was the 1 and only time the owner has ever taken the time to call me to say that she was bringing him home and wanted to speak with me. They show up and it’s just the woman who was the one who clearly abused my dog because he was terrified and shaking because he was so scared! The Owner was no where to be found, which she was supposed to be the one bringing him back from us! I would not recommend this place to anyone and hope anyone reading these reviews really takes them serious and steers clear of this place. I payed an average of $80-100 each time, to in the end have my dog terrified of groomers and scared every time one goes near him. I did find a place that has reassured him that not all people are like this and they are so loving and kind to him. We have never had another incident of him being as they say “an aggressive dog that bites” and again he has never been like that with any other person EVER! I hope they never get another chance to do this to anyone else’s beloved pet!

My unpersonal. Won't do nails properly. Didn't even ask me how I wanted my dog done. It was hurry grab my dog to get as many groomings in for the day.More expensive than anyone I've used. Going back to clipper cottage.Only reason didn't use them cause they are busy and my normal groomer was out due to a family matter

I worked here as my first job for over the summer. As first it seemed like a great opportunity to bathe and dry dogs for some experience. Towards the end of my time working there Denise(the boss) was talking to me and my coworkers like we were children and started taking advantage of us. In the beginning of my time there I thought she was just trying to teach us how to properly complete the tasks but I began to realize that she was being overly controlling on the simplest of tasks. She was very aware of her crabbyness and it seemed like she tried to be nice but she didn’t come across nice to us. She also pays by the dog and not by the hour, so if you are scheduled for, let’s say, 10 dogs in one day and 3 dogs don’t show up, you still have to stay there and work the 3 hours, doing miscellaneous task and you don’t even get paid for it. The schedule was also constantly changed and she would get upset if you couldn’t make it for the last minute schedule change. I’m truly not trying to be mean or disrespectful to her but as an employee she was NOT and good employer. I’m just trying to warn anyone who is thinking about working there. Also, if you do choose to work here don’t be afraid to stand up for yourself if she is being rude or doesn’t pay you because she has a reputation of not paying people the correct amount.Thank you for taking the time to read this! I hope this helped

Every one is so kind and loving to my two yorkies. They look and smell so nice after the grooming. We also love Grandma Holly she is a warm caring person toward my boys also she makes me feel comfortable knowing she is driving my boys in the nanny van. So happy we found this grooming company.

I worked here for over a year and as of today, i am no longer an employee, so i can speak my mind. If your dogs are difficult during grooming she yells at them cursing and telling them how bad they are. If they get nippy she smacks them in the face. Please find another place to take your pets.

We had gone here a few times and I always thought the owner was a little rude to me and my husband, but seemed to be nice when she got the puppies. The last time we were there though, my dog hunkered down and refused to go in. This was a huge red flag for me. I trusted his behavior and my instincts and didn’t take them back. I’ve come to find out that she will yell and curse at the dogs if they’re not behaving and smack them in the face. Makes me so mad knowing that she may have hurt my sweet boy. He wouldn’t go in for a reason, and this dog happily pranced into the same vet that amputated his leg.
