I was impressed with her knowledge of scalp and hair anatomy, her masterful technique with the scissors, and her sweet chair-side manner❣️. I prefer a hairdresser who will offer an expert opinion—and she was spot on❣️Her salon is very affordable, too! The salon is clean with light and airy decor, giving the salon a serene, relaxing atmosphere. She has an adorable salon pup, a friendly, darling English lab, named Shelby. “I took my daughter in for a hair consultation. Carly spent 20 minutes with her being very informative. My daughter’s hair is incredibly thick, curly and she wanted extensions. I was happy Carly really took the time to explain what was best for her type of hair instead of trying to capitalize on the client. It made me trust Trilogy. I own a barbershop and I have customers come in with pictures of styles and many times I have to inform them they don’t have the type of hair that the person in the picture has and instead try and encourage something that works with what they have. I saw the work they were doing and it is first rate. Very nice people. I appreciated her time. The consultation was free of charge. They obviously care about their customers and work.“
