“We’ve had Rapid Electric out for two jobs in the last few years, most recently a month or so ago. Was very pleased with service both times. This time, I stopped by for an electrical question for a problem I was trying to solve (that I ended up causing). Bill was extremely helpful answering my questions and providing solutions. He could have simply tried to push for someone to come out and not provide any solutions but he didn’t. Really goes to show you this company genuinely cares about its customers. Can’t recommend this company enough whether it’s just a simple problem you’re trying to fix or if you need them to come out do some work.”
