“We’ve had Rapid Electric out for two jobs in the last few years, most recently a month or so ago. Was very pleased with service both times. This time, I stopped by for an electrical question for a problem I was trying to solve (that I ended up causing). Bill was extremely helpful answering my questions and providing solutions. He could have simply tried to push for someone to come out and not provide any solutions but he didn’t. Really goes to show you this company genuinely cares about its customers. Can’t recommend this company enough whether it’s just a simple problem you’re trying to fix or if you need them to come out do some work.“

“Joe was a real pleasure to work with. He took my call and came out right away. Apperently the Entrance Cable coming into my house, connecting to the power lines to the meter/utility box was the worst he'd ever seen, and I'm lucky it didnt catch fire. The cable was so degraded that it was allowing water in, corroding the wires within and channeling water to the meter and breake box inside my home. It was a hazardous repair but they still worked on it. Not only did his team fix the line, they upgarded it to a 200amp service and added updated grounding rods. Now my laundry tub facet dosent shock me any more. Also they housed all the lines with pvc, looks so much neater and professionaly done. Joe also worked with me on the price. I am so greatful for that, everything is getting so expensive now, and I was not expecting this to happen. I appeacte you and your team Joe, You guys rock!!!“
