the optician was good at doing her job. very patient while i decided the frames i wanted. the price was very reasonable. my whole family purchased glasses on the same day at essentially the same time. the rest of my family got their glasses,but i did not. i should not have to wait days after the date that i was given that they would be ready for pick up when i ordered them. participation in all vision insurances should be mandatory for any entity providing eye care and glasses. non participation with insurances certainly would deter me from doing business with that entity. there are too many other fish in the sea that participate and give the same level of service.

I am not sure why the vision center opens on Sunday, we go in prescription in hand, and cannot place an order because an apprentice is on duty alone. She apparently wasn't happy to be gainfully employed either, she was very rude.

Do not use Walmart optical. I know it's convenient and they take basically every type of insurance but they will ruin your vision if you're not careful. Twice they completely botched my prescription.Instead find a Clarkson's optical and go there. You've been warned.
