My husband's eye got cut and they got us in very quickly. They are always so kind and helpful when I go. They are patient with me when I'm trying to find new glasses and answer all the questions I have.

In my 78 years of life I’ve never had an experience that was without a doubt….beyond my belief. I selected Brown Family Optical just because I saw their sign on Lexington Avenue in Mansfield. I can truthfully say that I have never had such an AMAZING EXPERIENCE in my life. The owners and staff go far beyond over and above when they serve their customers. When you purchase eyewear from them, you can expect service that you wouldn’t ever expect. What a pleasant surprise from them when they exceeded my wildest expectations. Dr. Brown is absolutely professional and nice. My eye was affected by a foreign body. I went to the emergency center of Mount Carmel St. Ann’s one day before, but David Painter insisted that there was not any foreign body and only gave me a few eye drops. I was suffered a whole night and another morning. I drove to Brown Family Eye care, and Dr. Brown found and took out the foreign body quickly without any charge. He is an extremely nice person with his enriched experience. I strongly recommend him??
