About UH Samaritan Richland Health Center Urgent Care
UH Samaritan Richland Health Center Urgent Care provides walk-in care for patients of all ages with minor injuries and illnesses. The urgent care center offers on-site lab and imaging services, as well as COVID-19 evaluation and testing. Appointments for COVID-19 evaluation are recommended to be scheduled online. It is important to note that they do not test patients who are asymptomatic. Patients have reported short wait times and high-quality medical care from the staff. Dr. Patrick, a praised provider, is noted for his empathetic and knowledgeable approach to treatment. The urgent care center also includes a blood lab and radiology services. Although the center is part of University Hospitals, it mainly consists of doctors' offices and is not open late or on Sundays. Some patients may find the signage misleading. However, insurance is accepted and some patients have reported not having to pay a co-pay. Overall, patients have had positive experiences and appreciate the professional and caring demeanor of the staff.
Excellent! PA, Patrick was thorough, clear and attentive. Excellent manner. Had a leg injury - needed an x-ray. The staff was cordial, efficient and a pleasure. In and out quickly. Walk in.
Patrick is the best! I wish he was my PCP. He is so kind and caring. When I could not get a call back from anyone at my surgeons office in Cleveland, he reached out to them and prescribed the best medication to treat me and even called me after office hours to let me know that he had received a reply from them and what he was prescribing to help me. I’ve never met a more caring Doctor. 10 stars for Patrick Vidrine! 😊
Have used this location and their services several times we are so thankful for them being so close to home! The urgent care has exceptional care when Patrick the PA and nurse Shelby are working! Two very knowledgeable and caring people, my family would trust these 2 over the other local options. Kudos to the urgent care staff here!!
