They have expertise in handling Whirlpool contracts and have resolved issues promptly during their visits. Their technicians are known for their professionalism and extensive knowledge. The company has received positive reviews from customers. One customer praised the repairman, Joe, for arriving on time, being courteous, and knowledgeable about the appliance. Joe also showed the customer how to change a filter they were unaware of. Another customer had an issue with their GE refrigerator, and Lewis Appliance Repair was selected by the warranty company to perform the repair. Despite some challenges with the replacement parts, the company's response, service, and communication were excellent. The repairmen were prompt and courteous, and the customer would not hesitate to use them again. Lastly, a customer was satisfied with the service provided for their new GE side-by-side. Lewis Appliance Services contacted the customer promptly after they called GE about an issue with the ice maker, set up a service call, and fixed the problem as promised.
Lewis appliances did explain to me about how the ordering process goes on service parts so my real complaint is with ABC WAREHOUSE and WHIRLPOOL and unless they change their in store policy to at least 30 day return after purchase I won't be doing business with either of those companies anymore again I do apologize to Lewis appliances they just work on the stuff.
The most helpful repair company I've spoken to. Helped me without talking me into a sale or forcing me to do a house call. Genuinely helpful where 4 other local companies were useless!!
We were told 7-10 days for part to come in. It came in 3 days! Julie called and was very nice and Masson came and fixed our washer right away. Masson was very nice and quickly took care of us! Thank you Julie and Masson!
