Bought a dryer used at their store. It's used so it's a roll of the dice. It had a few problems which happens when you buy used. But let me tell you, their repair and customer service are amazing! Don't hesitate to check out their store if you're in need of a major appliance. 10/10

Called and was promptly given a fair price for my needed repair parts for my dryer. Stopped in an hour later and picked them up. My dryer is back up and running, thanks for being great!

Only needed a bearing and was told it couldn't be purchased separately (not true). I try and support local and a small business, but I was better off buying directly from the manufacturer in this instance.
