“Mr. Appliance is awesome. My refrigerator went out on a Thursday evening. I called Mr. Appliance around 9am of Friday. The lady I spoke with was very nice and courteous. She told me that they could have someone at my house the same day. I was shocked that they could do it the same day. The lady told me that if you call in for a refrigerator repair on a Friday, that you get expedited service with no additional charge because they do not want a customer to go all weekend with a broken refrigerator. That afternoon the repair guy showed up, brought his own door mat to wipe his feet on and even wore booty's over his shoes. Dave, the repair man had my refrigerator up and running in less than 30 mins at a very reasonable cost. Great job Mr. Appliance and Dave. Keep up the good work.“
