We have been working with Bob for several years on various plumbing needs (water pipe leak, sewer pipe leak, water heater repair, toilet repair, kitchen sink repair), he is always very knowledgeable, responsive, reasonably priced and great to work with. Most recently our water heater broke on Thanksgiving day, Bob responded quickly, came out the next day for initial assessment and replaced the water heater the following Monday. We highly recommend Roy's Rooter and support a local business!
Highly recommend. I called 4 other plumbers that we have dealt with before and none called me back. I needed someone to fix a leak that I couldn’t turn off without shutting the water off to my house. These guys answered when I called. They made arrangements to come out the same day. In fact they came within 2 hours. They were professional, had all the materials they needed, and worked efficiently. Very easy to work with and talk to. They’ll get my business.
