“My Aunty lives here….she absolutely loves it!!! I have been there several times to visit….and yes like most facilities sometimes she does wait, but not too long and sometimes they are short staffed….but the staff, have never been “short” with her! Facilities are supposed to mimic your/our home….well at my house sometimes you wait a minute! My aunty has had the choice to go other places….she is adamant not to go anywhere else….she is of sound mind…so when she tells me she loves it because the employees are so good to her I’m compelled to believe her!!! I want to say thank you to all of you that work there for keeping her happy and safe!!!“
