“I just wanted to take a moment to thank the entire Centerwell Home Health care team for taking great care of our grandmother. She lived in Florida for over 50 years before moving to Ohio to be closer to family. We knew the transition to her ALF in Ohio would not be easy, so it was important to us to find a reputable HH company in the area to help her with that transition and to keep her moving and grooving at 97 while also managing her medical needs. The RN helped with her wound care and edema management. Her legs ended up so much better and manageable, so we appreciate that. She was able to fulfill her dream and walk in the Americans Next Top Model fashion show, so we appreciate you! :) All joking aside, the interventions provided truly did help.<br><br>Rory the OT was also exceptional throughout the process. Rory updated the family often and provided education and offered suggestions on various adaptive equipment to help her function a little easier in her room safely. Rory also suggested various activities to help keep her motivated and keep her active. Our grandma is able to walk pretty far given her age with a walker thanks to the PT/ OT interventions provided.<br><br>Overall, we want to thank the entire team again for going above and beyond.”
