“Dr. Gallardo and his staff are the best group of people that I have been involved with when it comes to choosing a veterinarian. Whether it’s routine scheduling, or a pet emergency, which I’ve had several times, they were awesome. After my 12 yr old dog passed recently, they made a terrible situation tolerable. “I have a super skittish golden who used to climb the walls to get out of the vet - both our regular vet and the UTC. She wouldn't hurt a fly even under that stress but was consistently treated like she was a danger. Anyway, with Dr. Jaax she walks in by herself, sits calmly and waits and then interacts with Dr. Jaax. She let's Dr. Jaax treat her and take vitals without hiding. I can't love on Dr. Jaax enough!“
