“In reality, none of us ever want to have to see an oncologist for our precious loved-one. However, this practice has taken one of the most painful, frightening experiences I've ever dealt with and approached it with so much empathy and care. They take time to answer questions, they give you treatment options and are up-front about all possibilities. Of course, I wish I was never in this boat, but with that being said, I'm thankful that my baby has such a good care-team. Everyone there has treated Snoopy and I with so much empathy and respect, down to the front-desk staff. In such hard times, I'm glad I have this practice to help me through it.“

“If you are looking for a vet for your fur baby, look no further! I've been going to TSAC for the last year and a half, and they've been wonderful. Dr. Daniels is phenomenal! Very personable, educative, and his care/respect for all pets is clear.This office is ran extremely well. It is accessible to pet parents (AM drop offs for longer procedures, open until 6 PM, open on Saturdays, available by text, call, or app. Always pick up their phones and I receive call backs promptly). I've never experienced exorbinant wait times. I've never had an issue, period! They alleviate my concerns being a first time pet parent, they follow up by call/text to make sure my cat is doing well, and they're all around, well run and very kind.I definitely recommend this office, Dr. Daniels, and their staff. I so appreciate the kindness they've shown me and my sweet cat. I've since moved 20 minutes away from Blue Ash but I will make the drive every time for this level of patient care.“

She was diagnosed with an upper respiratory infection the Dr checked her out thoroughly, she stated that she would have never guessed that Minnie was 12. Based on how shiny her coat is and how healthy her teeth were. Definitely made this fur momma feel good by knowing that she is well taken care of. I have 2 other fur babies (cats) as well Minnie Pearl(12), Frankie (11), and Callie(10) that if any health issues arise I fully trust this Vet Clinic with the well-being of my babies.“

“A couple days ago when another veterinarian office told me they couldn't see my cat and to try an urgent care this place made an immediate accommodation. They ran tests and unfortunately found a large mass on our cats stomach which was causing her pain and ultimately killing her. We decided to end her suffering and they went above and beyond to help us in this difficult time. We sat in a room with her and spend our last moments with her, we got to stay with her during her final moments and afterwards. They allowed us to have the time we needed, helped us make arrangements for afterwards, gave us her paw prints, her nose print, and some of her hair. The thoughtfulness really meant a lot to us and I can't thank them enough. During this entire process you seen that the animals are their concern, money was never asked upfront, they took care of her first. I can't thank each and everyone of them enough for their kindness and support during this incredibly difficult time.“
