Having left a message on the after hours number, Cindy called me as soon as they opened and told me to bring her in around 10:30 and they'd work her in. This place is great about working you in for last minute appointments. She was in and out within 30 minutes.

They've hugged me as I said goodbye to several dogs, cried with me and allowed me as much time as I needed. It's obvious that they love animals and I won't take mine anywhere else. “I’ve been taking my pets to Dr. Doan for roughly 9 years now. When I had my two cats who came down with serious health issues, Dr. Doan and his LOVELY team of nurses were so supportive and kind and did everything they could to be there for us, even through the hardest parts. I’ve done my research and tried other doctors as well, and while they were also fine, something about Dr. Doan and his staff just made us feel more at home. I have a pretty rowdy dog and they have done a great job handling his excitement and anxiety, whereas other clinics have seemed to not handle his rowdiness as well. Dr. Doan has also done a teeth cleaning on my dog and did a great job and I’m about to book another one for my other dog! I have nothing but great things to say about this clinic. And I have not once gotten the impression that they were trying to oversell me on my bill or take advantage of me. “Our 4 yr old dog experienced an FCE and was referred to K9 Waves for water therapy to regain strength in his front legs. Sandy has been amazing. Her location is easy to find and the set-up for check-in and transitioning between patients is well thought out so that the dogs don’t interact. Her time in the pool is meaningful and focused on individualized care, yet fun. Highly recommend!“

“So, my wife and I had woke up on the 8th of January and we are normally greeted with kisses and cuddles from our little man. He is a 10 year old Morkie. He is our son. We woke up and overnight he was paralyzed from the neck down. We were terrified.

We took him to Noah’s Ark West Chester to see what was going on. Dr. Wilson was the vet that looked a him for the evaluation. It appears our son has IVDD and might never be able to walk again. Dr. Wilson told us we would try some medication (prednisone) and some other medication for pain. After about 2 days, Odin was trying to stand where he couldn’t before.

We are currently at a month and he is walking again. Although very wobbly and he falls down. We are still on strict crate rest except to go potty. But he has improved about 50%.

So thank you Dr. Wilson! What could have easily turned into one of the darkest moments in our life was saved.
