This is a well stocked Ulta, but when I went further into the makeup area, the associate never asked me if I needed help but followed me around and watched me like I was stealing. I would stick with the Mayfield or Mentor location for a more comfortable experience as many of the workers here were rude

Rarely do I write reviews for retail establishments, but my experience at this location today warrants one.
I’ve been to this location multiple times over the years and the customer service was just mediocre. Today, I met Rachel- the Clinique consultant and employee of Ulta. Rachel was incredible! Not only did she maintain eye contact the entire time (a rarity these days), she was warm, friendly, and super knowledgeable…very down to earth- I feel like I met a new friend! ☺️
She spent time educating me on cleansing and makeup application, and not once did I feel like she was selling me anything. As a result- I spent $265.
I just want to give a huge shout out to Skye at the salon in Macedonia's Ulta. My daughter was very nervous about needing a bad haircut fixed, and Skye was so kind and compassionate. She was patient and understanding and was able to put my daughter at ease. Which is a big feat in itself, but was also able to do a phenomenal job on her hair. The entire staff working were extremely helpful with understanding our situation and making the entire experience positive. They even helped my daughter pick out a few things she needed for back to school. This will forever be my Ulta location of choice!
