I just want to give a huge shout out to Skye at the salon in Macedonia's Ulta. My daughter was very nervous about needing a bad haircut fixed, and Skye was so kind and compassionate. She was patient and understanding and was able to put my daughter at ease. Which is a big feat in itself, but was also able to do a phenomenal job on her hair. The entire staff working were extremely helpful with understanding our situation and making the entire experience positive. They even helped my daughter pick out a few things she needed for back to school. This will forever be my Ulta location of choice!

Today was my first time in this particular store. I came in to get my hair bleached by Matt. First off, let me tell you - he is amazing.. so amazing that I followed him from his previous Ulta location in Mentor Ohio to Macedonia Ohio. I wrote a much more in depth review on Mentor Ulta page. I love this store. It's layout is fantastic. My ONLY complaint is that while I was paying my bill of $177 - the cashier DID NOT MENTION OR ASK IF ID LIKE TO USE - MY $15 in points which expire this month. REALLY UNHAPPY WITH HER. ALSO SHE WAS NOT FRIENDLY.

Amy was amazing! She helped me find exactly what I needed. She actually knew most of the products at the store. Give her a raise! The only reason this is not five stars is because you didn't have Nars yet.
