“Snap Fitness continues to be the perfect “get in/get out” gym for me during my work lunch breaks. While others may view the small space as a downside at first glance, I believe it is the perfect size to be as efficient as possible. All of the equipment you need (plus more!) for any workout style. Bill & Chris also do a great job of keeping the space meticulously clean and will happily assist at any time.

“I first started coming in March to work on a base tan. I didn’t think I would buy many sessions, but the customer service receptionist, a polite and demure young lady, convinced me otherwise. She has fantastic knowledge of, not just Ohio laws on tanning, (I didn’t even know DeWine mandated them) but also health benefits, the material of the beds and the physics behind UV rays. She was extremely well-informed. Fantastic employee.The building is immaculate. The tanning beds are all brand new, and you could eat off of them they are so clean. There is a lot of care put into this business. There was never a line, or wait. Bailey is a literal sunshine personified. She’s not just the best employee ever—she’s the reason I’m giving this review, honestly. Every time I walk in, I feel like I’m not just a customer but a VIP. She remembers my name. She remembers everything. My preferences. My favorite lotion scent. The exact level of bronze I want to achieve. It's like she’s psychic—I can't explain it. But the best part? Bailey is genuine. You can tell she loves what she does. it’s just magical. It’s not an exaggeration to say she is the heart and soul of this place.I don’t know if it’s a Bailey-special technique, but she has this way of making you look like you just returned from a week in Hawaii—perfectly bronzed and glowy, without a hint of that fake-tan smell. And she always knows how to make me feel completely relaxed during the process, chatting with me like we’re old friends.—did I mention?—Bailey is the most amazing person).
