After over 10 years our EZ Breathe unit went out. I filled out a form online to request a quote for a new one. The next morning I was contacted by phone with purchase options to get a new unit. Everyone was really nice and they got my new unit shipped out that day. A couple days after submitting a request online I had my new unit and was back up and running.

Our finished basement has always been humid and cold with some mold issues. We tried using dehumidifiers, but none (and I tried many) lasted more than a couple of years and even when they worked, they didn't make the basement very comfortable. Because of recommendations from Gary Sullivan, my wife and I purchased an EZBreathe system for our basement and it was installed August 30. At the time, the humidity level was at 59% (we had been in a drought situation, so it wasn't as bad as it could have been). The system slowly started bringing less humid and warmer air from the main living space into the basement and began drying out the humidity in the walls and furnishings.... read full review
