I was seen within 60 minutes of arriving. The staff was very professional and thorough in assessing my symptoms. They were able to provide me a referral to an Ophthalmologist less than three hours later the same day! Diagnosis was viral pinkeye which is contagious and kept me from unknowingly infecting others.I was very pleased with the care provided by the Clev Clinic system.
Hours on Google are incorrect. Please check Cleveland clinic website.Have never had an issue at this location, staff is nice from the front desk to the clinical staff.Reviews are misleading, there is a difference between EXPRESS care and URGENT care. Express care cannot take care of the large cut in your hand that was bleeding out in their waiting room, they cannot take any imaging, or cut a ring off your finger. those are URGENT care and emergency room issues. There is a difference and people need to be educated.
I've visited here several times for various needs, including radiology and blood work. I have always had a great experience and, best of all, it's always VERY quick. Friendly, clean, and quick - it's definitely a great place to go.
