Outside downspout line and sump pump to the curb was blocked. They water jetted and unclogged for the time being, and showed me the damage to the drain that will need repaired. Alex and his partner were very professional, especially considering the 40 degrees and rainy conditions.
I hired Zoom drain to hydro jet a long drain line in my back yard that was 90% blocked. The technician Gage showed up on time, and was very knowledgeable and polite. He completely cleared the clog from several different access points and inspected with camera after - which I was able to watch while he did it and showed a completely clean drain pipe. I got a couple other quotes for the more expensive hydro jetting process and Zoom was slightly lower too.
