Jacob was outstanding. He communicated ahead of time to let me know when to expect his arrival and was courteous and professional when he did the work. Jacob explained everything he was doing and was proficient. He offered tips on future management of the house water system and made recommendations for upgrades without pressure. I called Loveland Plumbers to support a local business. I was transferred to a calling system and was then transferred to a plumber in Xenia, Ohio. They did a good job, but be aware, Loveland Plumbers is now a part of Five Star Home Services. Calling Loveland Plumbers will NOT get you the local business. You will be assigned to whatever Five Star Business plumbers are available.
Had an 80 gallon electric water go out on a Friday morning. Made several calls to local plumbing contractors that morning, 5-Star was there first but I said I would be undecided until the other quotes came in. No other quotes were comparable in terms of the quality of the product, cost of installation, or the warranty. Was able to schedule first thing on Saturday morning. The crew that was scheduled to come out here was on time and they finished the install in less than a day.
