“Dr. Doug Portmann is one of the top 10 most impactful people in my life. I can’t imagine how my back would feel today without Doug. He is also an amazing person.I had a severe lower back injury in 2011 at 48 years old when a 300 lb Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu instructor almost “broke” my lower back (twisted it quickly) when I had him in a triangle choke. He said he almost quit BJJ because of what happened to me.A few years later, my friend and former power lifter Tony Colby said he didn’t believe in chiropractors but said he recommended I see Doug Portmann.My back now feels better than when I was 22 years old.
