Have been having repeated issues w/ basement toilet/shower drainage. James came over late afternoon (on a Friday!) to help find a temporary solution and one going forward. Appreciated his thoroughness, professionalism, and undying patience. Would not hesitate to call Reliable for any plumbing needs.
Cameron from Reliable Basement and Drain arrived punctually to replace a fill valve on my toilet and snake a sink drain. He was efficient, professional and patient answering my questions. He was friendly with a sense of humor. To me a service person with those qualities is an asset. I have used Reliable before and will call them again.
Today, I had my second encounter with Reliable and I couldn't be happier. Dave and Anthony installed a new water heater in a very friendly and efficient manner. I appreciate that Reliable is a military-owned company and suggest that you consider using them in the future. I intended to also file a review via Google, but Google wants to make me jump through hoops to do it!
