From reception, to Nurse Catherine, to Dr. Ward, the professionalism was exceptional. More importantly, the level of kindness and care was something you don’t often see. They truly went out of their way to make me feel safe, heard, and genuinely cared for.
I cannot say enough about my experience here. If you’re feeling anxious about an eye appointment, this is the place to go.

I LOVE Dr. Ward, he’s so personable. Such a joy and he doesn’t even need to be! I’m grateful to stumble across him. I’ve been going to him for a few years now and will continue to. His staff is just as wonderful, seemingly hand picked to be the best of the best in customer service. I have a lot of joy and peace when I leave there! Here are the glasses I picked out today, can’t wait to get them back!!

The staff was very friendly. Dr. Ward seems very thorough. When I said that I used cheap readers, he said that was all I need. There was no pressure to consider buying glasses. There’s a slight concern about one eye that he wants to investigate further. He was very reassuring that it isn’t a big deal. I’m glad he’s being careful. I don’t care if it’s a big deal, but I’m glad he was so thoughtful.
A year later I’d like to add that I do have early stage glaucoma. I’m very thankful to have Dr. Ward monitoring my situation. Make sure to get the health of your eyes checked for glaucoma. Dr. Ward discovered mine by a close visual inspection... read full review
