“I had a sewer line completely blocked and had a foot of standing water in my basement. Alltek came out on a Monday within hours of calling and got my basement drained. They discovered my sewer line was blocked and unable to be repaired due to the location of the line. By Friday I had an entirely new sewer line ran, a sump pit dug and a pump installed, my washer and dryer hookups moved upstairs and a couple other minor issues fixed out of the kindness of their hearts.
