Definitely nothing special. I got my hair cut on Friday and now it is Tuesday and I am going to have to get my haircut. Stylist nice and all, but I think that have many cuts much cheaper and much better. Cut is doable, just not what I wanted and I reluctant to have more cut, and pay another cut and tip.Service: Haircut
I love my hairdresser and I love jcpenney. I have been to a lot of salons, and know the products. Whether its color or perms, these prices are really great. Using the best products, makes it even better for us.
