“If big and busy gyms intimidate you, I highly recommend Fit101. It is a smaller setting with instructors who plan your program for you. They are so kind and patient (shoutout to Saije!) and make sure that doing each exercise and weight correctly. After only 6 weeks, I am seeing and feeling results.”
“Thank you for your kindness and warm welcome. Your positive attitude and respectful treatment made me feel comfortable, and I truly appreciate your help and support.”
“I’ve been doing the stretch therapy classes for a month now and I highly recommend them for everyone. The trainers at Axio do a great job!”
