“I worked with James and his crews on 2 major projects over the last 6 months. The first was a siding/soffit/fascia board install last summer and the second a complete roof in February. James is experienced, honest, and not pushy on overselling services. His crews are friendly, flexible to make small adjustments as the projects move along, and clean up the job site. There were a few small hiccups on the siding job with materials delivery and incidental damage, but James and took full responsibility to make everything right. “Very professional, great attention to detail, and honest. We have used North Coast twice now, and we won't use anyone else as long as they are around. Our vinyl deck is sparkling, and our house looked great when we got it washed. We just had our deck done this time around, and I asked if it was worth having the entire house done again: They remembered washing it in 2021 and said we would be better off waiting until next year or even the year after as they didn't want to unnecessarily take our money. Although weather was not cooperating they kept in constant contact with me assuring my project will be completed when weather permits.
